Co-Founder and CEO
Ashish Pandey leads Prime Essence Realty’s operations and growth, bringing over 15 years of real estate experience across the UAE and India. He advises investors and end-users on residential, commercial and investment properties, drawing on market knowledge, developer relationships and cross-border experience. As Co-Founder and CEO, Ashish oversees strategy, sales, partnerships and client advisory, helping clients navigate the property process from initial research to completion.
